What is Valentine’s Day? Is it the chocolates, the dozen roses, fancy dinner and sweet nothings whispered across the table? Yes, but it is also so much more. This month we celebrate not just the love for a significant other, but we celebrate the very spirit of love itself, in all the ways that it is expressed. Our friends, our children, and most importantly our elders, the people that taught us what love is. So, when making those plans for a beautiful Valentine’s Day, include a visit, a call, or a card and flowers to your parents and grandparents, it truly means the world to them.
