I 
am Kathy Hensley, LPN, and Assistant Director of Nursing. My healthcare career began with me working long-term care, followed by post-partum and medical- surgical, all as a CNA. I returned to school to further my education and after graduating the ECPI practical nursing program, I worked as a nurse in long-term care, psychiatric care and labor and delivery at UVA for several years. In October, I joined Hidden Springs Senior Living as ADON and I truly feel like I am home.
I am a mother of three wonderful grown children and five grandchildren ranging in age from 19 months to 12 years, who I enjoy spending time with and spoiling.
