My name is Jackie Delawder, I have been a nurse for over 20 years, specialized as a MDS Coordinator, Utilization Review nurse/CNAC, Care Plan Coordinator and monitored Quality Assurance. My downtime is spent with my five children doing various activities and I also enjoy hiking. I focus on making a difference for our Residents and ensuring the best quality of life clinically, socially, and spiritually. I have been the D.O.N. at Hidden Springs Senior Living since 2018 and I have enjoyed working here with all the residents and staff.
