Levels of Care

To ensure each resident receives the appropriate level of care, our nursing team collaborates closely with their primary care physician to conduct a detailed assessment. Through a comprehensive intake process, we develop a personalized care plan that reflects each individual’s unique needs. Our team discusses chronic conditions, dietary preferences, the use of assistive devices, and any cognitive or mental health concerns. Our goal is to help every resident remain as independent as possible, with thoughtful, respectful support from our care team.

Hidden Springs Senior Living offers different levels of living and care based on individual needs. As residents require more help with activities of daily living (ADLs), Hidden Springs Senior Living offers for a transition to higher levels of care.
